Called Cilantro for the leaves, or Coriander for the seeds, this variety is best suited for fresh leaves. Start in early spring as transplants, scatter seeds in try and cover with 1/4" of soil and put on top of the fridge or in a warm place. Make sure to keep the soil evenly moist (but not soggy) while germinating.
When 2" tall, thin to 4" pots. Transplant out 2-3 weeks later in final spacing after all danger of frost is past. Sow cilantro in the spring and autumn since it will bold in hot weather.
